Join Root director, Jessica for this 5-part series designed to make the text and its teachings accessible, relevant, and livable in tangible ways. Open to curious beings of all sorts and encouraged for yoga instructors or therapists who seek more context and framework for the practices we share in the world.

Starts Wed Dec 3. Attend in-person, via livestream, or access the recordings (ALL registered students will have recordings for 6 months)...or a combo of those options!

This Friday, Oct. 10th! 7-8:30! Kirtan with . Tommy Ryan is a Registered Yoga Teacher who has been singing since he was a little boy. He remembers how special it was learning to sing in church next to his great grandmother. Having only discovered the idea of Kirtan in the last couple of years, the melding of yogic philosophy and the Sanskrit language with music is something he considers even more sacred. Please join Tommy and friends in chanting, meditation, and sharing of light and love! You may donate upon registration, or donate in person!

Wintering: The Art of Ritual & Rest! Series from 5:30-7:00pm, November 06, 13, and 20 to connect and restore. Megan and Alesia will define and integrate Yogic and Ayurvedic philosophies that are threaded throughout Wintering and use these themes to explore self awareness practices through breath work and gentle movements that support embodied rest and a wintering practice that nourishes you through your seasons.

According to the principles of Yoga and Ayurveda, your experiences matter and they are the matter of you. This class will help cultivate your life practice in the support of authentic community.

Our offering is intentionally placed in the first three weeks of November as our the light fades and we are invited into the darkness and the natural rhythms of life.

Each session is accessible in person or online and will be recorded.

Yoga at the Ranch is back!

Join us most Sundays, 9:00-10:30 at Rock Ledge Ranch for community practice in this gorgeous, historic site. For 5 years we have partnered with RLR by offering donation-based classes meant to foster a deeper connection to the beauty and roots of this special place. Classes take place by the Orchard House off Chamber's Way.

Each year, we make a donation to Rock Ledge to help support the rebuilding of their greenhouse.

Join us? Starts THIS Sunday June 22 9:00 am
Bring your mat (and keep in mind the grass might be wet, so bring a towel or something if you like), any props you like, water, and a cash donation.

To get there: take 31st north to where it dead ends and becomes Chamber's Way (curving to the left/west). Park along the street (please be respectful of the neighbors). Walk down the main tree-lined path there and Orchard House is the first on your right.
