Our family-owned, wheelchair-accessible yoga studio in Colorado Springs, CO, is the largest climate-controlled, air-purified yoga studio in the area that is perfect for students of all ages, body types, and experience levels. We feature yoga classes that offer the benefits of increased flexibility, balance, and strength plus improvements in mood, weight loss, and more, taught by experienced, certified instructors. A SPECIAL EVENT not to be missed but instead shared with someone special !! Experience 90 minutes of relaxation and heart opening as you journey through a structured guided meditation that brings you into a state between wakefulness and sleep—deeply relaxed, yet aware.
One hour of Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep” is said to equal 4 hours of restful sleep.
🌙 What happens in Yoga Nidra
• Deep physical relaxation: The body rests completely, similar to deep sleep.
• Calm mental awareness: The mind stays gently alert rather than drifting off.
• Guided stages: This often includes body awareness, breath awareness, visualization, and sometimes a personal intention (called a sankalpa).
Sign up early with an option for one person ($20) or two persons ($30). Each attendee will receive a small gift and enjoy refreshments. 🙏🏽Namaste
