Today is National Nonprofit day. Did you know Soaring Wings: Healing Care House is a Nonprofit? All donations help people receive the support they need but cannot afford. We have a great line up of events this fall. Inner Healing prayer classes (intro and advanced), women's retreat, a woman's high tea, and in February 2026 a marriage retreat.

I am very thankful God made our brains to change in response to a new experience.
This is what I have the honor of doing, positioning people through "Inner Healing prayer".

A new experience with Jesus = brain growth and maturity.
‍
‍Through out scripture we read, Jesus looked upon some one with compassion and they were healed.
All the more so the Lord invites us to
move towards ourself with compassion. Self compassion allows us to live with less resistance toward ourselves and our lives. For instance, if we can fully accept that things are painful, and be kind to ourselves because they’re painful, we can experience the pain with greater ease. We can also learn to hold joy and sorrow at the same time.

‍Growing research shows that when we move towards self with compassion we are remodeling the physical structure of our brain.
‍
When we place our focus of attention on the truth of how Jesus sees us, a unique state of brain activation is induced. This results in long-term changes in brain growth and structure. This is a fundamental property of neuroplasticity — or the ability of the brain to change in response to experience.

We have a few needs at our nonprofit. Thank you for prayerfully considering financially supporting any of our below needs.

1. A mom with 6 children diagnosed with stage 4 adrenal and liver cancer.
2. A client who has been out of work for 5 months.
3. A single mom with 5 special
needs kiddos.
Each client has 1 session a week, $100 donation will cover the cost of 1 session.
We are a 501c3 so all donations are tax deductible.

Healing Care House endeavors to enrich the lives of individuals and families in any and all of the following mental and emotional health areas: Reflexology, Emotion code, Rapid Eye Technique (RET), Brain Synchronize Therapy (BST), NeurOptimal® neurofeedback, Trauma Recovery Groups, Divorce Support, Mental Health Counseling, Parenting Groups, Lunch & Learn Sessions, Somatic Exercises, Group or individual Listening Prayer.
