She has given 100% from day 1 and boy, does it show! πŸ™ŒπŸ‘ pushing limits, making lots of lifestyle changes, and with consistency, effort, and self discipline, this mother of 2 in her 40s is not only looking absolutely smokin but she's so strong! Deadlifts 245, can sprint faster than most teens, Conquering fears and insecurities, super comfortable in thr gym now, and has completely changed her eating habits/lifestyle for herself AND her familyπŸ†πŸ’ͺ🏼. 🌟 If youre training with effort and consistency for months, and NOT seeing results, MAKE A CHANGE!
🌟Most cases, its your diet. Sometimes it is your training style. Both matter!
🌟Do you have the knowledge to really know?? Or are you guessing or following someone else in hopes their plan works for you?

🌟Maybe your routine is counterproductive, not challenging enough or too challenging and you threw your hormones off. Sometimes its timing of your meals and macros. Other times its under or over eating without even realizing it. Could be age, poor sleep quality, genetics, hormones, diet, training style, etc etc.

🌟So much goes into manipulating your body and metabolism to work for you, not against you!

πŸŒžπŸ’– watch how fast your mood improves with just a short 20 min walk/activity outdoors a few times a week or even 2 x a day. No looking at your phoneπŸ˜‰! You'll feel and look so much better if you make it a habit. Being healthy (inside and out) doesn't have to cost tons of money or take hours a day. This is a great habit to start now! Then add the gym or another activity to strengthen your muscles too)
