Location: 175 S. Union Blvd. (just east of Memorial Park)
Times: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Who can come: Anyone showing symptoms in the last 3-5 days
What to bring: A photo ID and insurance information.
Do I need a doctor's note? No

Anyone showing certain symptoms of COVID-19 may now use the swabbing site near Memorial Park in Colorado Springs to get tested.
