(MTC), A CP&Y Company is the leading accessibility compliance consulting firm in the United States having helped increase accessibility for over 23 million Americans through its work. The organization provides ADA accessibility consulting services for both public and private entities in all 50 states. Since 1991, MTC has also operated the Rocky Mountain ADA Center, one of ten regional technical assistance centers funded by the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research, a division of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Hear from Geoff Ames, RAS, and James Duke, P.E., as they discuss the “Customer Experience for All” at the AAAE/ACC Airport Planning, Design & Construction Symposium on March 2nd.

Panelists will discuss how customer service for all can be approached through the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA). They will discuss the current state of airport accessibility and the responsibilities of airport operators. Panelists will share how to begin conversations around accessibility, best practices for accessibility, and opportunities for the future.

Welcome, Tess Stanton! We’re excited to welcome Tess as our new Training Administrator for the Rocky Mountain ADA Center. She holds a bachelor’s in Professional Communication and a master’s in Communication from the UCCS University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Her experience includes work for the University’s Communication Department and Excel Communication Center, where she provided tutoring services centered on public speaking, interviewing and interpersonal communication skills. Tess brings to our ADA team a wealth of knowledge in communication pedagogy.
