So how do I find those answers within me? We've all seen movies and read books where the distraught main character goes off on an

adventure to "find themselves". Here are a few ideas you can consider...

Take a 3-month-long retreat to a Tibetian monestary. Move next to a beach that you can stroll on daily, and let the crashing waves
of the ocean bring you peace and contentment...

Hop into a VW van with nothing but a knapsack, a thermos of coffee and your dog...

Tempting, so tempting...

Okay, so realistically... what can you do? This is where psychotherapy comes in.
