It’s about adaptability.

In our office, we focus on three core pillars when supporting nervous system health:

The body must feel safe before it can shift out of protection mode.

2️⃣ Consistency
The nervous system learns through repetition and rhythm — not one-time fixes.

3️⃣ Adaptability
True regulation means the body can experience stress and recover efficiently.
