Outdoor Functional Fitness Starts This Friday!

I’m launching a new series of Elemental Fitness & Movement classes — rooted in strength, mobility, breath, and real connection!

These small-group sessions are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and train with purpose — outdoors, with dynamic tools and intentional coaching.

Each class is a full-spectrum experience — blending strength training, mobility work, breath, and natural movement to help you feel empowered, aligned, and strong in your body.

We train with purpose — outdoors, under the open sky, using tools that challenge the body and support real movement. Bands, dumbbells, Inertia Wave, and bodyweight work come together to build strength, mobility, and functional power. Each session meets you where you are and helps you move with confidence and clarity.

You are ENOUGH! Gentle reminder - wherever you are, whoever you are, you are already divine, complete and whole! You don’t have to do anything or accomplish anything specific. Right now, right here, you are already perfect!

In a world where we are told we need to have this job, this amount of money or this lifestyle, these are just programs and ideas. You come into this Earth as Light and Love. Through life, these programs instill ideas that we need to be “this or that”.

Always remember your source, your power and greatness within. God/Spirit lives within you and is part of your soul. EVERY answer you will ever need is within YOU. This is your TRUE essence, and as long as your remember this, you are always complete, whole and loved.

Taking time to meditate, pray, connecting to your breath and Nature help us remember these sacred reminders of who we are. You have a purpose and a reason for being here! Follow your heart, soul, intuition and make all of your dreams come true!

This video was shot last summer on a beautiful day in Colorado! I encourage you to get outside in nature whenever possible. Get on a walk, run, hike, jog, a bike ride, whatever you can to just get your body moving. The combination of movement with fresh air and sunshine is a winner! Drink plenty of water and eat those fruits/veggies!

Hey Guys, it's been a while! Hope you all are blessed and enjoying the start of spring! 🌞 I was out with a serious knee injury for a while (January) but healing up! (ACL) 🙏😀

Here's a video I shot from last summer, with a re-edit and new music! I am excited for the season to come, and eager to get outside workouts in as much as possible. I am determined to get in the best shape of my life this year and share what I can with others! Enjoy, have a blessed day! 😃

Hey guys, happy Friday to all of you! 😀

Today while making a quick stop at the market for some food, I saw a homeless man I know from around town. My heart immediately went out to him and those in his position. I felt so bad that there are so many worldwide going through so much. I could feel his sense of insecurity and not feeling good within himself. 😔

Here I am extremely blessed - I have a good job, I have a beautiful home with amazing people, I have access to organic food, spring water, my health, knowledge, self goals, support all around me, so, so much to be thankful for! 🙏🏼🙌🏼

Let us send our prayers and thoughts out to all those going through any hardships within life, including you!

The homeless, sick, poor, those suffering from addictions, those hopeless, hungry, anybody going through any type of suffering. May they be relieved with the upmost peace, health, abundance and deep love from within.
