About Our Doctors:

Dr. Jerry Tafolla

Dr. Tafolla has over 20 years of experience providing wholehearted dental care to patients and their families, and he has been with the practice for over 18 years. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and then continued to dental school at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Dr. Kurtis Hammack

Dr Hammack graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2012 and completed a rigorous one year residency in Advanced General Dentistry the following year.
