Look at those babies! On this day in 2018, on a random Monday, on a whim, we met at the DMV (sexy, I know), and got our marriage license. With only two people present we sat around Tyler's coffee table, laughed, joked, his friend said some words, and we put our signatures on the line. It was nothing fancy. No bells and whistles. Just two people embarking on a crazy adventure. This is the only picture of that day.

We have done things our way even when others don't quite understand, but that is just who we are. Two crazy people marching to the beat of our own drum. It has been eight wild years, and we are still doing things our own way. Here is to more love, passion, adventures, and sitting by each other in silence! Love you my little chiltepin ❤️

If you are not subscribed to the most random newsletter on the planet (mine), then you may not have heard the news. Owning a business is hard. Making decisions for said business is even harder, but it was time. December 17th will be my last day at the UCCS wellness center. I feel like I kind of grew up in the wellness center. They were pivotal in jump-starting my business, and I will forever cherish all the amazing people that I have met. This is definitely not goodbye. This is see you later. To all of my patients associated with the campus, I hope you will continue to pop in to see me every once in a while

HAPPY GOTCHA DAY ALLY B! If you haven't met Ally, you should! She is the absolute sweetest and she is kind of a goofball. She looks at you with those big brown eyes and it just melts your heart! The Universe provided a nice sunny day today so she could catch some rays, but don't tell her that there is also a bath in store for her 😬 Thanks for being part of our family, Ally B ❤️

Lovelies, I am running away (well technically, I'm not running anywhere because I hurt my knee)! So, please take note of these days and plan accordingly. I am 98% sure my booking site is up to date, but I shall double check that right now. I would love to see some of your beautiful faces before I head out next Friday, and to make it just a little sweeter I have leftover cookies that made for an event I attended 😁

This is FIVE...at 5 AM 🤣 Our little Ryleigh Pooh is FIVE, and she did not appreciate my shenanigans at 5 this morning!! Happy birthday sweet girl! If you are stopping by today, make sure to give her some extra love. She is fresh, clean, and oh so soft...she also did not appreciate that, but c'est la vie! We love you sweet girl ❤️

In numerology, 2025 is considered a 9 Universal Year (2+0+2+5 = 9), representing completion, wisdom, transformation, and letting go of what no longer serves us. Nine years of practice falling on a 9 Universal year seems a little kismet, don't ya think?

It has been nine years of laughs, tears, stories, healing, and walking alongside you beautiful people. This journey has tested me, humbled me, and filled my heart in ways I never imagined.

A 9 Universal Year asks us to stand in our purpose and release anything that blocks our growth. So here’s to nine years of practice on a 9 Year! Here's to a year of closing chapters with grace, honoring the journey, and stepping into the next phase with clarity and love. Thank you for being a part of this wild, beautiful ride. May I have your attention, please! The G triplets have entered the building... well, technically, they entered the building three weeks ago, and boy, have they given us a run for our money! Miss Lailani decided at 30 weeks and 3 days that she was leaving the womb, and her sisters could join her or continue baking! She is the sassiest of them all, but the personalities of these three continue to amaze me. It has been such an honor to be part of this journey from the beginning. All parties are doing well, but all parties (parents included) will be living in the NICU until these young ladies put on some weight. Congratulations to the parents! Ya'll did it!

Our Story

I’m Dr. Laketia Johnson, and I am a chiropractor that makes house calls. I have a bachelor’s in psychology from Northern Arizona University (go Lumberjacks!) and a doctorate of chiropractic from Life University. I am the youngest of three, the daughter of an Army veteran, and on a mission to serve those who serve us.
