Feeder Oz Chart
Feeding amounts can look different for every baby, and that is completely okay.
This soft feeder oz chart gives a gentle age-based guide for bottle feeds.
Use it as a helpful reference, not a strict rule.
Some babies drink a little less, some a little more.
Watch baby’s hunger and fullness cues during every feed.
Growth spurts can also make baby want extra milk on some days.
Keep feeding calm, cozy, and responsive.
A happy, comfortable baby matters more than exact numbers.

Those first 24 hours can feel like a blur — your body is recovering, your baby is adjusting to the world, and everything is new all at once. It’s common for newborns to be sleepy but feed often, for emotions to swing quickly, and for parents to feel both deeply in love and completely overwhelmed.

Nothing needs to be “perfect” in this window. Gentle care, closeness, and responding to your baby’s needs are more than enough as you begin this new chapter together. 💛

If you know, you know… I’ve been working on this website for a while now. It represents a fresh start, a new vibe, and a look that finally feels aligned with who I am and the work I’m called to do in my doula career 🤍
