Today, I pulled Guhya Kali from my Kali Oracle deck. Guhya Kali reveals secrets and shadows for what they are in the name of liberating oneself from outdated patterns and programming. We need to know what’s blocking our path before we can move through it! Alana Fairchild states, “she is so powerful and so potentially disturbing in her fierce liberation that she is shrouded in mystery, unknowable to any except those who are able to tolerate her revelations.” Guhya Kali teaches us that the only way to get to the light of liberation is to journey through the dark shadows of reality with boldness. When all feels way too chaotic, take a step back, get some popcorn and a comfy cushion, and enjoy the show. Through recognizing absurdity in the world, of which there is plenty 🫠, we stop feeding our precious thoughts to the monsters of fear. Witness the chaos, learn from it, but don’t make it the key plot in your story.

Hello, it’s Rachael, your irreverent art therapist you never knew you wanted, but simply can’t live without 💀 I am here to illuminate the magic and absurdity of this whole experience we call being human.

Our first Play and Ponder Portal was a potent and powerful portal 🌀 . Ryan and I left this experience feeling aligned with our dharma, connected to community, and centered in joyous self expression. Ignited Soul Integrated Therapies is made up of my lovely husband, Ryan, E-YTT, and myself, Rachael, LPCC and Art Therapist. Yesterday we offered the first of many art and movement based healing workshops in our community. This has been a dream of ours for years and now we are witnessing it coming true 🥹 we are so grateful for all of our friends and family who have supported us along the way- it takes a village!
