Adding to my herbal medicine cabinet. 🩹🩹
I finally decided to make a hot oil infusion with some of the dehydrated wormwood that grew in my garden last summer. Put it in the vita-mix to crush it up, then into the crockpot for almost 5 hours on warm, then strained it and put most in a jar. Eventually will get some beeswax, put a few essential oils with it and make salve. Wormwood has been used traditionally for cuts, scrapes, as an anti-parasitic, digestive health, anti-inflammatory and help with some forms of pain.
I am using some of it this week with some other things in my parasitic, heavy metal and liver cleanse.

I would add to her comment, the lack of sunshine, Vitamin D people get during the winter months as well, since it plays a big part in our immune system.
Did you know fat cells store vitamin D?? If you are overweight and can’t seem to get your vitamin D levels up, it is because the fat is storing it. To help with this, expose your abdomen and your back to sunshine for 15 minutes a day when you can.

This conversation was the best interview I have ever heard with Rogan and Trump. It didn’t sound as much like a political speech as it did a conversation between two men. I felt like we got to know a little bit more about Trump the man, instead of the candidate. I typically don’t listen to Rogan but he is good at bringing out questions that I hadn’t heard other interviewers ask. If you only listen to the media concerning Trump you would miss a lot of this valuable information. The interview is really long but I highly recommend listening to it. You can listen while you’re doing chores today.
Trump even brought up a little bit of prophecy going on in the Middle East. I wish that he would have talked more about this. I am curious to know more of his thoughts on this but Rogan didn’t ask any questions concerning it.

Wow! These two men have definitely made history. Robert Kennedy supporting Trump and possibly becoming head of the HHS is HUGE!!!!! I hope he cleans up our healthcare from the influence of big pharma $$$$.
