This is what our weekends look like.

After a full week of 9–5 responsibilities, we sit back down at the table; laptops open, coffee poured, talking vision.

Not because we have to.
But because we choose to.

We’re building something outside of our regular jobs.
Something that gives us options.
Something that grows with our life, not against it.

It’s not flashy.
It’s not overnight.
It’s quiet consistency.
A few hours here.
A conversation there.
Learning. Growing. Adjusting.

Most people only see the “result.”
This is the part they don’t see.

And honestly?
We wouldn’t want to build it any other way.

I love that my husband loves to cook, and what better way to celebrate our first Valentines Day as husband & wife than with a delicious home cooked steak dinner, paired with red wine🍷. Just one of the many wonderful qualities he has that makes me fall more in love with him each day.💕🥰

I never realized how much water quality mattered…
until I actually started paying attention.
For years, I focused on food, movement, supplements...all the “big” health things, but water felt like an afterthought.
Something you just drink and move on.
The more I learned, the more I realized how foundational it actually is to everything else.
It’s wild how the simplest things can make the biggest difference when you finally notice them.
Just sharing in case anyone else is in that “I never thought about this” phase too. 💧

Reel option:
I used to think hydration was simple:
Drink water. Check the box. Move on.
Turns out… there’s more to the story.
Paying attention to water quality has completely shifted how I think about everyday health.
Awareness changes everything.

Over the past year, Cory and I quietly stepped into building something new behind the scenes.
We didn’t talk about it much on here; mostly because we were still growing, learning, and figuring things out ourselves.
But this season feels different.

With Cory facing a layoff soon and me finishing school, we’ve realized how important it is to build something that isn’t dependent on someone else’s decisions.
So we’re leaning back in, intentionally and openly.

This business has stretched us, challenged us, and grown us in ways we didn’t expect. It’s not just about a product. It’s about ownership, time, and creating options.
I don’t want to keep separating “business” from “real life” anymore. This is part of our life.
More to come as we share the journey; the wins, the lessons, and the growth. 💧

Life has seasons, and we’ve been in one of them. 🌱
Over the last several months, we intentionally took a step back.
Not because we gave up, but because life required our attention in other ways.
Now… the season is shifting.
Cory is facing a layoff soon, and I’m taking a break from school, which has given us both clarity and space to refocus. Instead of waiting for “what’s next” to happen to us, we’ve decided to lean fully into building something for ourselves.
We’re back.
Focused.
Aligned.
And more committed than ever to growing this business with purpose, integrity, and consistency.
This isn’t about hype or quick wins; it’s about:
• creating stability
• protecting our future
• stewarding our time well
• and building something that doesn’t disappear when circumstances change

If you’ve ever felt that nudge to take ownership of your time or income, just know you’re not alone. We’re walking it out too, one step at a time.
