So here we are in 2025. How much weight have you gained between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day?

Most people do not really gain very much weight (for Americans the average gain is about 1 or 2 pounds. That isn't much. The problem though is that they don't usually lose it but keep accumulating it year after year.

(I gained about 5 # so I have some work to do in January.)
