We offer in-person and virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families for anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, communication, infidelity, trauma, and much more. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and I have a passion for helping people come to a place of peace. Whether you're dealing with something current or want to resolve a deep hurt from your past I pride myself in coming alongside you as we navigate the issues together. My main emphasis is working with couples, both married and engaged, but I also love getting to know individuals one-on-one, and helping families resolve conflicts that are very prevalent in this day and age. I welcome all forms of contact, even texts. I look forward to working with you! :)

When I (Jenny) started practicing in Colorado Springs back in 2016, I could’ve never fathomed the wonderful people that would come to join my practice in the years ahead. As such, I have decided that a name change would better reflect the work that we do and represent who we are as a team. There will be no change in ownership or staff. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and I have a passion for helping people come to a place of peace. Another one of my passions is helping individuals, couples, or families navigate through grief, whether its the death of a loved one or a tragic life loss (divorce, job loss, etc.). I specifically specialize in pregnancy/infant loss, but I have training in bereavement during any life stage. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
