Sometimes the hardest part of healthy habits…
is keeping them simple.

This is one of my favorite “in a pinch” mixes lately:
🍏 apple juice
🥥 coconut water
✨ sparkling protein

It’s light, refreshing, and such an easy way to add a little protein into your day without overthinking it.
