Once again....the billing department is calling me to pay a bill that was already paid. I pay my bills at the local AWR office due to the fact that the billing department keeps misapplying the payments. I have a receipt from the local office showing I paid them in person. The billing department says that the receipt is not good enough.....I wish there was someone other than the BBB to complain to....I've filed a complaint with them once, guess I'll do it again...
The problem I have is with the billing. They called and claimed I missed a payment....checked my bank statement which showed the bill was paid and the date AWR received the funds....they are still calling even after proof of payment. Extremely rude people in the billing department. Trying to find their supervisor but to no avail....the folks I have dealt with, including the nurse practitioner are professional and efficient, no problem with them at all, however, if the billing department can't get their act together I will have to go someplace else.
This place is a joke. They allow children to control their charts. The Doctors don't know their asses ftom holes in the ground. The staff constantly have pi***ng matcbes. All thos place is, is a legal drug dispensary. Not even close to being a recovery center.

The stigma of mental illness: What it looks like and how it's being shattered in Colorado

“We know that stigma is one of the leading causes of why folks aren’t seeking treatment,” she said.

Whitney defines stigma as the fear or shame that people feel in association with pursuing treatment for conditions such as substance-use disorder, a mental illness that affects a person’s brain and behavior to the point they are unable to control their use of drugs, medications or alcohol.

Research also shows that sharing stories of successful recovery journeys is effective, she said.
