Sleepy Wolf Massage

Sleepy Wolf Massage Neuromuscular, sports and Swedish massage as well as scar tissue, trigger point and myofascial release.

I was a social worker for 20 years until chronic stress and burnout took it's toll. Once I left social work I began to notice how years of stress and a lack of self-care impacted me emotionally and physically. In my quest to heal my mind and body I found myself at the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy where I developed a passion for helping others experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue and s

tress related disturbances. As my practice grew; I found myself working with a wide variety of athletes including bicyclists, runners, swimmers, softball, golf and rugby players as well as strength and Highland Games athletes. I believe healthcare should be holistic, preventative, educational and built on personal relationships. My experience as a social worker and an athlete enables me to connect with clients on many levels and is felt in my calm, nurturing and restorative touch. I’m a graduate of the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy (CIMT), a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Certified Neuromuscular Therapist (CNMT) and a member of American Massage Therapy Association. I also have certifications in kineso taping, hot stone massage and trigger point release as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Colorado State University.
