If you're looking for a jump start, I cannot recommend this program enough. Life can be tough. For me, it goes in waves of feeling great and not so great. When I started this program, I was in routine mode with work, family, and friends; I didn't realize it, but I was ready for a challenge, for something new. Here are the two aspects that were most challenging and, as a result, rewarding for having completed the program.
I personally struggle with late night eating, even waking up in the middle of the night for what some would consider a full meal; I'm active daily, but the later hours are when I eat what I shouldn't and stay stagnant with my weight loss goals... I've wanted to lose 10 lbs for the past 3 years, but have been stuck. After completing this program I feel confident I'm going to maintain my new habit of not eating or drinking past 6, and that I'm going to hit my goal in the next 5 to 8 weeks!
I am very socially active in the summer months, and that usually comes with drinks. The social aspect of this was hardest, I did all the things I normally would do but without drinking. As a result of this and not drinking coffee, I felt over the course of the program much clearer throughout the day, less anxious, less down at times. This came in the form of feeling more confident about important decisions that I was putting off, and not feeling worried about them.
This 7-Day program is exactly what I needed. Having a group to complete the program with and to have some accountability and share challenges and victories with made all the difference. If you are ready for a refresh or change, I highly recommend it.
