The Behind-the-Scenes Process
Initial Order: Once an order is placed, it is sent to the lab.

Lab Verification: The lab technicians verify the prescription and ensure the lenses meet ANSI (American National Standards Institute) standards for quality, safety, and accuracy.

In-Office Inspection: Upon returning to the optical office, the glasses undergo a second, thorough inspection.

Measurements & Prescription Check: Opticians verify the prescription, pupillary distance (PD), and lens measurements to ensure they align with the patient’s needs.

Final Inspection: The glasses are cleaned, adjusted, and checked for any potential defects or scratches before the patient is called for pickup.

Dr. Kassie lectured to her fellow colleagues about complex binocular vision cases and their whole family supported World Arts Night and made some frames out of a new material 🤓 Hope you all had a great week!

Weather Update!
For Wednesday, Dec. 3rd, the office is likely to stay open in the morning and close up early around noon-1pm for the safety of our patients and staff. Please call the office if you plan to head in to make sure it is worth the trip! Tomorrow should be back to normal business hours.
