We have been part of the health and wellness industry since 2012. Amanda, one of the owners and a 12-year Army veteran, spent a lot of her time managing her command’s physical fitness program and serving as a master fitness trainer. Along with this role, she primarily focused on international development. During her time in service, she also became certified in personal training, nutrition and studied at Fordham University in NYC for her master’s degree in International Humanitarian Affairs. Her desire to serve continued even after her time in service ended. With Matt’s equal interest in health, fitness, and serving others - along with his education background in Kinesiology, our vision for how we each wanted to impact our community and world together was seamless. Since our very first nutrition cafe location in Milwaukee, WI in 2014, we've continued to evolve as a family business, staying focused on our mission.. which is more than nutrition, it’s about bringing communities together through health + wellness. We believe in taking care of ourselves from the inside-out, so we can make a difference in our communities and world, together.

We are excited to open our first physical location in Colorado Springs (a dream for both of us to return to COS!

But until we find the perfect physical location, we are excited to meet you at local events, gyms and workplaces- serving up healthy + tasty shakes, energizing teas, pre/post workout drinks and protein coffee!
