My clients trust me for my straightforward feedback and my expertise in men's counseling, couples therapy, trauma, military life and more. Participate in Research on Spiritual Abuse & Mental Health 📢

Are you an adult with Christian faith-related experiences? A doctoral research study at Denver Seminary is exploring the mental health impact of spiritual abuse in Christian communities. This study aims to provide empirical data to help churches, mental health professionals, and faith leaders better understand and address spiritual harm.

The survey is completely anonymous, takes 20–30 minutes, and your participation could help shape future conversations on faith, healing, and well-being.

Whether we prescribe to a particular faith or not, it’s important as we navigate our stories to be cultivating health in our relationships with interpersonal relationships, nature, ourselves and also to have some connection to the divine or infinite. When we lack a connection in one of these areas we find we ether turn toward disintegration .
