⏰ We all have habits and routines.
But, are they serving you? Are they a step towards your wellness goals and longevity or are they hacking your hormones, sleep, and energy?
Now I’m not talking about adding some magic fix that Instagram claims will heal you. I’m talking about enhancing sustainable lifestyle routines that are built over time.
When you stack new habits with established routines, you enhance your routine and make it stick MUCH faster.
😴 For example, if you desire to improve your sleep, brush your teeth an hour before bed and avoid blue lights until bedtime. Instead, journal, read from a book, stretch, meditate or spend time with a loved one.
The habit begins with brushing teeth which is a sign you are no longer eating and are preparing for bed.
Have your desired tools prepared and nearby:
journal, book, pen on bedside table
meditation selected so it can autoplay
yoga mat nearby
breath work identified so you can begin as you wind down to relax
