⏰Starting July 1, 2025, you will have a new Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid program) regional organization. Your Health First Colorado benefits and services will not change. You can contact Health Colorado with questions or for help with your care until June 30, 2025, at 888-502-4185. Look for a letter from Health First Colorado about your new regional organization. You can also check the Health First Colorado app or call 888-367-6557 for your new regional organization after July 1. This update is separate from your required annual renewal. To stay eligible be sure to complete your annual renewal online or via mail when it is due.

$0 Co-Pays: Starting July 1, 2023, there are no co-pays for generic or brand-name prescriptions.

Smoking Cessation Support: Coverage includes products like ni****ne patches, gum, and Chantix—with prior authorization.

Lost or Stolen Medications: Eligible for one lifetime replacement. Contact your pharmacy promptly to initiate the process.

Prior Authorizations: Some medications require approval. Have your doctor call 1-800-424-5725 to request authorization.

Mail-Order Prescriptions: Convenient delivery options are available. Note: Delivery fees are not covered.
