I am a personal chef whose main goal is to provide quality food that is delicious and nutritious. I set my standards high to please all of my clients and strive to meet all dietary needs. If you are too busy to create wholesome meals for you and/or your family, I can do it for you. I will come to your kitchen and prepare your meals for the week/month, so you can enjoy a hassle free dinner every night. If you are having a family gathering or other special occasion, I can help you set up, prepare the food and clean up afterwards. I can personally come to your kitchen and show you the ropes! I can also make specialty cakes and desserts for any occasion and deliver them to your door. Food should taste good, look good and make you feel good inside and out. Stop buying easy processed foods or going out to eat and consider having me cook for you today! I promise you will eat every bite!

Everything that we eat is vital to our nutrition. Our food choices effect every function within our bodies. We should take more time to notice and acknowledge what we put into our bodies. Observe what your eat...smell what you eat... take a moment to appreciate your food....and notice how your body reacts after you have eaten that food. I encourage you to research one food you eat each day and see what is good or bad about it and what nutrients you are getting from it. Feel free to comment about the first food you researched and tell me something new you learned!

-Chickpeas
-Hummus
-Basil pesto
-Feta
-Sundried tomatoes
-Artichokes or hearts of palm
-**For added protein: grilled or roasted salmon, cod, chicken or shrimp

What a great retreat we had! Kara Zebrowski,Tabitha Frazer and I made a great dynamic trio to make this retreat truly one of a kind! We went on excursions, did yoga and meditation daily, tapping(eft), edible face mask class, and indulged in all of my delicious cooking!
