True alignment isn't a static finish line; it’s the raw courage to admit when your current life has become a shell too small for the person you’ve become. We often evolve in silence, shedding old roles and the heavy burden of "shoulds" long before we have the language to explain it. When we cling to what we’ve outgrown, we are redirected through friction—a necessary tension that nudges us away from the grind and back toward our natural flow.

When things feel forced, remember: friction is just a redirection. It is the universe’s way of steering you back to the path of least resistance.
