We're proud to support the next generation of caregivers. In December, a cohort of registered nurses who have been participating in our Mountain Region's New Graduate RN Residency Program took part in a matching ceremony that placed them in a hospital unit or shift based on their preference and existing needs. In total, 14 of our Mountain Region hospitals have welcomed new nurses through this program and are helping them achieve their nursing goals.

CommonSpirit's New Graduate RN Residency Program uses innovative, evidence-based curriculum during a 12-month program focused on three areas critical to new nurse success: leadership, patient outcomes, and professional role.
