My massage sessions are a blend of therapeutic treatment and relaxation using a wide range of pressure and depth. I customize each session to what my client needs at that moment. Promoting the healing process and bringing the body, mind and spirit into balance. Getting a massage is not a luxury, it is an investment in your health. If you have never tried massage; now is the time, learn about the health benefits and what to expect during a massage therapy session. RATES AND SERVICES 90 Minute Customized Massage $67.50 - For the client who enjoys a customized full body massage with the added benefit of focus work. 60 Minute Massage $47.50 - Professional, therapeutic massage customized to meet your needs. 30 Minute Focus Session $35 - Perfect for the client seeking pain relief in targeted areas, but doesn't have time for a full massage. A standard Focus Massage includes neck, shoulders and back, as these areas tend to hold the most stress and tension. Feel free to choose any 3 areas to create your own session. 60 Minute Prenatal Massage $57.50 - Prenatal massage shares many of the goals of regular massage ­– relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good. Seated Massage $1/Minute - A 10 minute focus session for your head, neck and shoulders. Performed while the client is fully dressed, seated either in a massage chair or on a stool. Techniques involved include shiatsu, acupressure, Swedish massage and Champissage. Don't have time for a full body massage? Then this could be the solution you are looking for! Schedule an appointment or stop by the office every Wednesday and Friday between 12p and 2p for a quick pick-me-up! Foot Scrub $12 - Using warm moist towels and a sugar scrub, your therapist will ex-foliate and moisturize the skin on your feet. Sugar scrubs are rich in alpha-hydroxy, they offer healing for individuals who suffer from eczema and psoriasis, are safe enough to use on children and unlike salt, a sugar scrub will not draw moisture out of the skin. Once the scrub has been completed, your therapist will apply a rich moisturizer for additional pampering. Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount and are perfect for any occasion.
