This week, we step into renewal through the joyful energy of being in community— a reminder that healing doesn’t always come from effort… sometimes it comes from connection, celebration, and shared light.

Let yourself soften into community.
Let laughter reset your nervous system.
Let gratitude refill the spaces that felt depleted.

The connection invites us to remember that energy multiplies when it’s shared. Support, friendship, and collective intention become medicine — lifting us out of isolation and back into flow. This is a week to reconnect: with your practice, with others, and with the parts of yourself that feel most alive when you are seen and supported.

We are so excited to introduce a new monthly practice to our community — Qi Gong with Emily

But why Qi Gong?

Because so many of us are tired — not just physically, but energetically.
Because stress lives in the body.
Because slowing down can be powerful medicine.

Qi Gong (pronounced chee-gong) is a gentle, flowing movement practice rooted in Chinese medicine. It blends breath, slow intentional movement, and focused awareness to cultivate and balance your life-force energy — your qi.

✨ It supports the nervous system.
✨ It improves balance and mobility.
✨ It enhances mental clarity.
✨ It helps release stored tension.
✨ It restores energy rather than depleting it.

Unlike a workout, Qi Gong is a replenishing practice.
You don’t leave exhausted — you leave steady, clear, and grounded.

This monthly offering is open to all levels. No experience needed.
Just bring your breath and a willingness to move slowly.

We can’t wait to begin this beautiful practice together.
