a schedule update for the rest of December, I’ll only be offering Mondays 5:45 pm classes and yin at 7:15 pm

additional classes are canceled until the new year

january will see a few more shifts in schedule, with the addition of virtual classes 😊 ✨

This picture is getting hung up in my office 💓💓

I finally remembered to capture some photos with these lovely humans before class on Monday and just look- the smiles!? my heart 🥹

If it were a video you would be able to hear laughs as we all squeezed in and decided, “Candid or look at the camera?? Pose or selfie?”

Now every time I’m feeling unsure of myself or wondering if I can really do this small business thing, I have a photo to help remind me- yes! Absolutely. In fact, I couldn’t imagine missing out on all the fun classes, chitchats, unexpected events and exciting obstacles that come with a home studio. You all are what keeps me going, truly!

I’m beyond grateful for each and every one of you and for putting your trust in me as a new yoga teacher getting the hang of it all 💖✨ cheers to many more classes to come 🥰!

What happens when you make time for a walk?

Maybe you get a bit sweaty, maybe you feel a little grumpy at first.

You might say to yourself, if i just get this done i can go home and chill out.

By the time you round the first bend you start noticing how the sky looks at this time of the day. Are the clouds always this bright?

The second bend you find a cool leaf and stop to take a picture. Fall is upon us once more.

The walk is almost over, but you notice pops of yellow amongst the fading sea of green you missed at the start. Life is made of small moments like this, and sometimes all we need is a little walk to find the magic hidden within the mundane.
