🌟 Another amazing StoneCreek of Flying Horse + Select Rehabilitation success story! 🌟

One of our residents recently made significant progress in her therapy and is now participating more actively in community activities.

Though she initially faced social anxiety that made joining events challenging, she has begun attending exercise classes and is now able to participate for the full 30+ minutes. She shares how much she enjoys the exercises and looks forward to continuing her involvement.

Her journey is a great example of how encouragement, support, and consistency can help residents build confidence and fully engage in their community. 💪
