🌟 Another amazing StoneCreek of Flying Horse + Select Rehabilitation success story! 🌟

We are so proud of one of our amazing residents! When he first began therapy, he relied mostly on a wheelchair to get around. With dedication and support, he’s made incredible progress and is now walking with his walker to meals and throughout the community.

He participates in therapy, attends exercise classes each week, and has even joined the Ambassador Program, becoming more involved in community life than ever.

His journey is a powerful reminder of how confidence, movement, and encouragement can open the door to new connections and meaningful moments. 💪
