🌟 Another amazing StoneCreek of Flying Horse + Select Rehabilitation success story! 🌟

We are so proud to celebrate one of our residents and the incredible progress she has made! After experiencing a stroke over two years ago, our resident has been working hard in therapy. Six months ago, she reached a huge milestone—using the bathroom independently for the first time.
Now, after a month of consistent therapy with Select Rehab, our resident has made even more remarkable strides. She can raise her dominant right hand to her shoulder with control and recently showed off her new independence by washing both arms while in the shower. With the biggest smile, she shared her excitement with staff, exclaiming, “Look what I can do!” Moments like these remind us just how powerful perseverance and dedication can be. 💪✨

🌟 Another amazing StoneCreek of Flying Horse + Select Rehabilitation success story! 🌟

We’re proud to join the launched by the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living. This campaign celebrates residents reaching meaningful milestones in their therapy programs — shining a light on the incredible progress happening right here in our community. 💪✨

We are so proud to share the inspiring journey of one of our residents! For over a year, he relied on a wheelchair for mobility and only felt comfortable walking during his therapy sessions. While his therapists saw his progress, he felt hesitant to take those steps on his own. After learning his worn wheelchair needed to be replaced, he found a new sense of determination. Recently, he decided to walk to breakfast independently, and he hasn’t stopped since! Now, he’s walking every day, gaining strength and confidence with each step. His incredible progress is a true testament to perseverance and courage!
