Anytime I feel high-maintenance asking ALL the questions at a new restaurant, THIS is what I remember 🙏

All the products featured are labeled gluten free or certified gluten free, but always check ingredients to ensure they meet YOUR needs. 🙏 Since what’s in stock can always vary by store, I always recommend using Whole Foods app or website to check before going just for one item!

Have you lost weight, gained weight or stayed about the same since your celiac diagnosis?? 🤔👇

It’s actually NORMAL to gain weight after going gluten free for celiac because:

✅ Many gluten free products have more fa & more sugar to replace the gluten
✅ Your body is ABSORBING nutrients again

So if you’re struggling with body image issue post celiac diagnosis, you’re def not alone. 🫶

BUT I will also never stop recommending INCREDIBLE gluten free snacks like the NEW Gluten & Oat Free Naked at most stores & Glutino frosted animal crackers at Walmart!!
