Activity idea: Days of Remembrance and Legacy

Join MOSAIC and the Kraemer Family Library for a two-day event recognizing Trans Day of Remembrance and Resilience & the 3 year mark of the tragedy of Club Q. Events are open to anyone!

3 Year Mark of the Tragedy of Club Q

On the third year mark of the Club Q tragedy, we gather in remembrance, reflection, and resilience. While not all of us knew Club Q personally, we honor its legacy as a space of joy, freedom, and chosen family for the LGBTQ+ community in Colorado Springs.

Together, we’ll paint Stars of Hope with QSA—bright, personal messages of love and solidarity—to carry forward the spirit of Club Q. The evening will feature shared stories that celebrate the laughter, dance, and community that filled its walls, reminding us that its light lives on in memory and action with guests from the United Court of Pikes Peak Empire.

Snacks and food will be provided at both events!

Our seniors completed their second presentations in their Capstone class. They also began brainstorming ideas for the major projects they will take on next semester. We can't believe they're getting so close to graduation! 😭
