Dr. Journal Club: Commissioned Sales Representative

Dr. Journal Club is seeking a passionate and highly motivated individual to join our growing team as a Commissioned Sales Representative. We're a mission-driven company dedicated to empowering healthcare professionals (HCPs) with cutting-edge research and practical tools to enhance patient care and optimize clinical decision-making.
In this role, you will:
Cultivate relationships with a diverse range of HCPs, including physicians, nurses, practitioners, and other healthcare decision-makers.
Become an expert on Dr. Journal Club's innovative platform and membership offerings, which provide curated summaries, expert commentary, and actionable insights from the latest medical and wellness research.
Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value proposition of Dr. Journal Club and effectively address the needs of potential members.
Negotiate and close deals, using your strong communication and consultative skills to secure subscriptions and build long-term client relationships.
Ideal Candidates:
Proven track record of success in commission-based sales, preferably within the healthcare or related industry.
Solid understanding of medical terminology and concepts, with familiarity in evidence-based medicine, integrative medicine, and complementary and integrative health a strong plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, actively listen, and articulate complex information effectively.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
Independent and self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
Passionate about the healthcare field and committed to improving patient outcomes through access to quality research and education.
