Swedish Massage: This amazing European treatment involves the use of hands, forearms or elbows to manipulate the superficial layers of the muscles to improve mental and physical health. Swedish Massage will help sooth the muscles, relieve tension, reduce stress, increase circulation & promote relaxation. This massage can be either light or medium in pressure. Deep Tissue Massage: It is a massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. When muscles are stresses, they block oxygen and nutrients, leading to inflammation that builds up toxins in the muscle tissue. A deep-tissue massage helps loosen muscle tissues, release toxins from muscles and get blood and oxygen circulating properly. Because many toxins are released, it’s important to drink plenty of water after a deep-tissue session to help eliminate these toxins from the body. Prenatal Massage: A trained prenatal massage therapist performs this relaxing massage for an expectant mother. The techniques used enhance the well being of both the mother and the baby to reduce pregnancy discomfort. This gentle massage promotes circulation, and aids in relieves of muscle tightness, aches, cramps, as well as reducing swelling. Couple Massage: Two people can enjoy massages together in our spacious couples room designed to accommodate two massage tables. This is a perfect way to enjoy some quality time together. The room is suited for special occasions such as Anniversaries, Birthdays, and Valentines. Reflexology: It is a gentle compression technique used on the hands and feet. It is based on the principal that there are specific reflexes in the hands and feet that relate to all the organs and parts of the body. When this technique is applied on the hands or feet, it improves circulation, elimination, relaxation, and returns the body to its natural rhythm. ($25/60 min.) Hot Stone Massage: It is a style of Swedish massage in which heated, round or oval stones, usually smooth basalt stones, of varying sizes and weights are placed on the body to treat sore muscles. The stones are heated in water or an oven and then laid out over key muscle groups, like along the spine or between the toes for examples, offering a soothing and relaxing healing experience.
