Feel it fully, process it fully, and then let it go. It may pop up here and there at first, and if so, it means you haven't processed it fully the changes it caused. Give yourself time to accept what happened, learn the lesson, but don't sit in the hurt for too long. No hurt is worth losing your peace permanently.
