This Independence Day, we’re celebrating more than fireworks—we’re celebrating the freedom to move, live, and do what you love. At OrthoRehab, we’re proud to help you regain strength, overcome challenges, and reclaim your independence every day.

Postpartum physical therapy is about more than just recovery—it’s about reclaiming strength, confidence, and comfort in your body.

At OrthoRehab, we tailor therapy to your unique postpartum needs. One key area we focus on is pelvic floor physical therapy, which can help address common (but rarely talked about) issues like leaking when you laugh or sneeze, a heavy feeling in your pelvis, or a core that just doesn’t feel quite right.

We also treat diastasis recti—the separation of abdominal muscles that often happens during pregnancy. With the right physical therapy approach, we can help you safely rebuild strength and restore core function.

We’re proud to welcome Casey Kostecki, DPT, to OrthoRehab Physical Therapy – Kalispell South! A Glacier High School grad, Casey is excited to return home and give back to the Flathead Valley. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon — one of the most respected PT programs in the Pacific Northwest.

It’s a true honor for Casey to join the exceptional team at Kalispell South, where he works alongside two of the region’s most respected clinicians — Ashley Wenz, DPT, and Tracie Schroeder, DPT, ATC. Casey is passionate about helping patients restore mobility, live pain-free, stay active, and get back to doing what they love.

And when he’s not tearing it up on his dirt bike, you’ll find him fishing, snowboarding, or hiking somewhere off the beaten path. 🏔️

🏈 The Montana East West Shrine Game is more than just football—it’s 78 years of tradition, pride, and purpose, honoring the state’s top high school athletes while supporting Shriners Children's Hospital. This year, Carson Gulick of the Whitefish Bulldogs takes the field after an incredible season where he made an impact on both sides of the ball, including as a standout quarterback. But the moment runs even deeper: 34 years ago, his dad, Patrick Gulick, also earned the same honor—representing Whitefish in the 1991 Shrine Game.

We’re proud to honor Ava Fowell, 2025 graduate of Great Falls High School, as the recipient of this year’s “Reach Your Peak!” Scholarship from OrthoRehab Physical Therapy – Great Falls, presented by Clinic Director Ben Moerkerke, DPT.

Ava is a standout scholar, leader, and athlete. She earned seven semesters of academic excellence, an Academic Letter, and is a member of the National Honor Society. She served all four years on Student Council, spent three years on the PR Committee, and shined in Delphian Choir, earning Superior Ratings and a Choir Letter.

On the field, Ava is a 3x Varsity Soccer Letter winner, 2024 Midfielder of the Year, and Academic All-State honoree for three consecutive seasons. As a team co-captain, she led with both grit and grace. She also lettered in Varsity Track in 2023 and 2024.

Beyond her achievements, Ava has dedicated over 50 hours to community service, from tutoring and youth coaching to ringing bells for the Salvation Army and volunteering in schools.

In her words: “Reaching my peak is an ongoing journey fueled by determination, resilience, and a commitment to lifelong learning.”

Ava, your drive and heart inspire us. We’re proud to support your next chapter—congratulations!
