Waking up to the Shaman within she speaks to me in my dreams.
She asks the obvious and the sublime and I respond to it all.
There is no time to waste, in fact there is no time.
There is the now, so offer it all to the Spirit that resides within and without,
and finally everything may, fully, come forth and shine.

The change is coming, coming strong and asking me to step forward. I am being moved to teach again the Polarity Therapy program. It will be different as different can be, as you know, nothing stays the same. I make this offer one more time to come and learn from me. I have been with this community of healers for eaons, it does seem. I will be coming from a Earth Keepers mind, so be ready to dive deep as this is the only way any of us can be set free! Living on the Oregon Coast in Florence and walking the coastline almost daily; allowing the sea to change me.
She is raw, inviting, mesmerizing, magical, mystical and demanding change, as she is never the same way ever. Her wild winds, the unsettled surf, the ebb and flow of the tides call me to pay attention, focus, stay alert and watch as the changes occur before my eyes. I love the challenge. It speaks to me deeply and Dancing Bear is changing as well. As I let go of one phase of being, another is showing itself to me. The Shamanic practice that has embedded within me is now calling out to be free. When that kind of call speaks to one, one must attend to its needs. My wings must soar now as the condor flys, not sure where she is taking me. You can be sure you will hear me call out to those luminous ones that came way before I arrived. I dedicate my energy now to this life long practice and it is taking front row placement in me. The sea is teaching me, right now, to let go, and see life with fresh new eyes......
