It is the holiday season. Family time with good food, love and laughter. There are many families that are low on funds or need assistance. We do the food drive in the spring for cf food bank, but...let's spread the love now also. If you have extra food, check your pantry! Drop it off to Heavens Peak Healthcare over the next 2 weeks along with a toy for a child in need( unwrapped for Toys for Tots). We will get the food delivered to the food bank and make sure to fill a box with toys to bring smiles to children in our valley.

Hphc with Berube Physical Therapy , Hometown Clinic, PLLC home,( Angela st john)and Shipley neurology. Helped to provide 84 sports physicals from just before 5pm till about 8:45. We were able to donate over 2000$ we keep nothing , it is all donated . All the money was donated to the cfhs athletic department. Thank you Troy Bowman for being so interactive with us these last 7 years we have done this.

We had a great time tonight at community kitchen. Baked potato bar and it went over huge! Thanks to all who helped and all who came to enjoy the food., amazing social time for our community. We had opening prayer as always, but the man we asked to start it led out with a small hymn...amazing to hear 90 percent of people chime in as they knew the song...it was great!

Great evening serving and connecting...we will be at it again tomorrow evening. Baked potato bar with lots of toppings to choose from. Come on out and spend time connecting with others. We also had a young man, Jay, a sophomore at cfhs, who showed up and helped us all evening. Great example of being a servant/ leader.

Reminder, we are serving community kitchen in cf...st Richard's church ( no it is not a religious function, it is about community). All are welcome from 6 to 7:30..ish...this is a free meal, donations welcomed. It will be Monday the 29th and Tues the 30th....come enjoy some homemade foods and visiting with friends and others. We hope to see you there.
