Life Care Center of Columbia is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Columbia, South Carolina.

Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation and 24-hour skilled nursing care, Life Care Center of Columbia's in-house therapy team uses state-of-the-art equipment like the AlterG® Anti-Gravity Treadmill® and Biodex Balance System™ SD. Recognizing the unique traits each resident and patient has, our caregivers create individualized care plans, focusing on their personal needs and goals.

🎉 Congratulations to Alvin on completing his therapy program with us!

Alvin came to us after a stroke, which left his right side weak. Our physical, occupational, and speech therapists worked with him to regain strength, range of motion, and function. Now, he is independent once again in walking, getting in and out of bed, balance, hygiene, dressing, and speaking! 😁
