Today, millions of people welcome the Festival of Colors, marking the triumph of good over evil, the arrival of spring, and the joy of being together. It is a time to gather with loved ones, share sweets like gujiya, mend relationships, and cover each other in every color of the rainbow. 🎨

There is something beautifully universal about a celebration that says: winter is over, joy wins, and 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.

Swelling or pain in your legs? Don't ignore it.

Many people blame leg discomfort on a long day or too much salt, but when it keeps coming back, it could be an early warning sign of vein disease.

Conditions like chronic venous insufficiency and varicose veins cause blood to pool in the legs, pushing fluid into surrounding tissue. Left untreated, that swelling can progress to skin changes, non-healing ulcers, and even deep vein thrombosis (DVT).

March is DVT Awareness Month.

Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is a blood clot that forms in the deep veins of your legs. Left untreated, it can travel to your lungs and become a life-threatening emergency called a pulmonary embolism (PE).

What many people don't realize is that untreated vein disease (think varicose veins or chronic venous insufficiency) can slow circulation, cause blood to pool, and increase your risk for dangerous clotting.
