We had so much fun with our magnetic tiles this morning! 🤩🩵🗣️

We worked on:
•play skills (pretend play)
•following directions
•requesting
•identification of colors
•using AAC for visual and expressive supports
•HAVING FUN! 😁

Sometimes it is needed but sometimes it does more harm than good.

A speech therapist should be consulted before and after a clip is performed to perform appropriate exercises!

L I T E R A C Y📖📚

Here is a fun & simple activity to work on phonemic awareness skills to improve spelling & reading! 👇🏼

Cut pool noodles to slide over edge of box, bowl, anything really. Write different letters on pieces. & you have an easy literacy activity to work on reading & spelling!

📚Here we were working on sound manipulation (changes sounds within words to create new words).

💡Sound manipulation skills help children understand word structure & become more fluent readers & spellers!
