May is Mental Health Awareness Month 🤍

At Restore, we care deeply about creating space for you to feel seen, supported, and cared for, not just this month, but always. As a small way to pour back into you, we’ll be doing 12 giveaways throughout the month of May.👏🏽

✨ Glimmers: small micro moments of safety, joy, and connection.

Here’s how we could practice together:

See
What helps you recognize a glimmer?
Tune into your body, thoughts, and emotions.

Stop
Glimmers are micro-moments, which means they are easy to miss. Begin noticing them in your day, both predictable and unexpected.

Appreciate
Pause when you find one. Acknowledge it (hand on heart, a quiet phrase, a breath). Let it land in your body.

Remember
Keep track! Start a “glimmer library.”

Share
Tell someone. Glimmers grow when they’re remembered together 🤍

Here is a practical list from us at Restore to bring a little more lightness and fresh air into your days ahead:

⛅️ Step outside within the first hour of waking.�Even 5–10 minutes of morning light (yes, even on cloudy days😊) can support your mood and regulate your internal rhythm.
⛅️ Take “micro-walks.”�Around the block. Between meetings. After lunch. Small movement + natural light can reset the nervous system.
⛅️ Open a window for 5 minutes.�Let the air shift. Let your space breathe.
⛅️ Practice “light stacking.”�Drink your coffee by a window. Do morning devotions, journaling, or meditation in a sunny spot. Stretch where the light hits the floor.
⛅️ Create a “sun corner.”�One chair. One window. Ten intentional minutes.
⛅️ Take a “crack the window” drive.�Even a short drive with fresh air can help clear mental fog.
⛅️ Run errands with intention.�Park further away. Walk one extra lap. Layer light and air into what you’re already doing.
⛅️ Borrow a dog (or walk your own).�Animals naturally draw us outside and help us stay consistent.

Winter can feel heavy + draining at times.
Small, steady exposures to light and fresh air can gently widen your world again🤍💪🏽
