If your body is asking for rest, that’s not laziness. That’s wisdom.

In holistic medicine, hydration isn’t optional. It’s foundational. Water is the medium your body uses to circulate nutrients, regulate temperature, move qi, and keep every organ performing its assignment. When you’re hydrated, digestion flows, skin glows, joints stay cushioned, and your mind stays clear.

But when we don’t drink enough water, the body has to borrow resources: the kidneys strain, the liver works harder, the bowels slow down, and the qi becomes stagnant. In Chinese medicine, dryness is a pattern and it shows up as fatigue, headaches, constipation, irritability, and that “I just don’t feel like myself” feeling.

Nutritionally and energetically, water is the simplest daily intervention we have. Drink to support your organs. Drink to support your qi. Drink to support your life force.

Support Your Healing

Princess Akeema LLC. birthed out of my own health needs and concerns. I previously received a high blood pressure diagnosis (back in 2009) and was told that I would need to get on medication to ‘manage’ my illness. No real resolution, just a sentence of drugs. This concerned me gravely because I have seen so many people begin on prescription drugs and never heal nor reverse disease. So to my potential detriment, I declined high blood pressure meds and begin on a journey to reverse this disease in my body that I caused myself.

Without making this too lengthy (and perhaps I will do a video later to fill this gap) I was able to reverse my blood pressure - through learning how to take care of my body. Learning what it needed to be fed, how it needed to move, as well as filling the gaps with supplements (I am a HUGE supporter of eating healing foods and supplements).

All of these personally changes in my own life have led to me what you see now as Princess Akeema Holistic Care. There are several services and products that I now provide to help others ‘Support Their Healing’ and I invite you to check out my services section of this page.
