Caldwell Memorial Hospital Proudly serving our community, we are a rural-based acute hospital and inpatient rehab center located in the heart of downtown Columbia, LA.

With additional clinics in Columbia, Chatham, and Wisner, we’re here to provide compassionate care close to home. The Caldwell Memorial establishment provides an in house clinic and a 37-bed acute care center, attached to the back of our facility we have a 10-bed rehabilitation center. Across the breezeway we have the Winter's Clinic. We also have two other locations in Chatham and Wisner.

Monthly we sponsor bingo and talk about wellness and what’s happening that is of interest. Several health fairs are upcoming that this group usually attends as a field trip.
