Great walk this morning! We talked a lot about prediabetes, continuous glucometers, rice and preventative health care. We started the walk with discussing what to expect from an evidence based preventative healthcare visit. Love the lively discussions we have and loved how folks are taking charge of their health!

Beautiful Saturday morning!

Started with our monthly walk with familiar and new faces. We had a lively discussion about vaccines. Raced through the lake loop to head over to the office to welcome folks to a meditation workshop. This time we did a hybrid session and some folks joined virtually. Laura Cannon led a phenomenal session for us, yet again!

So grateful for the community we have built with Walk with a Doc and Oak Tree Primary Care ❤️
