Apparently being born in the *1900s* is wild now… 👀😂

Good news: My birth year may START with a 19, but these workouts keep me FEELING 19!! (Okay…maybe somewhere in my 20’s) 🤷‍♂️ 😂

It’s really that simple. Stop overthinking trends, gadgets, or “specialized” workouts. Want results? Want longevity? Want to actually feel capable in your own body? Start with strength. Build from there.

Here’s why lifting belongs in every routine:

At EQ community is everything… and sometimes that means accidentally becomes one of the girls in between classes 😂🤷‍♂️

But honestly??? Moments like this are what make this place special! We’re not just here to coach, lift, sweat and go on with our lives…we’re here to CONNECT! To LAUGH. To ACTUALLY KNOW the people we work beside and the people we train!

Strong communities build strong people… and we’re proud of the crew we get to do life (and a little girl talk) with every day. 💪💅

If you’re trying to stay healthy during sick season, here’s a secret weapon: MOVEMENT! Even moderate workouts help increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, and activate the cells that fight off illness!

Basically your immune system LOVES when you exercise!

So yea… we may step back when someone says “our whole house has been sick,” BUT we’ll also be doing our part to keep our community immune defenses high!! 💯 💯
