We’ve taken the last two weeks to pause after the passing of a dear member of our EQ Family.

There really aren’t words that fully capture what this time has felt like for us.

EQ has always been more than a gym… It’s a place built on people, connection, a little competition, laughter, and showing up for each other… We are who we are because of Jason and each and every one of you.

So we paused. We stopped. We got quiet. Ironically all the things Jason never really liked to do very much.

While his absence is deeply felt, we know Jason would want us to keep doing what we do best: showing up, leading runs, climbing mountains, supporting one another, saying hello, being our goofy selves, saying yes to the next adventure, and bringing a little more light into the world.

So though it will never be the same, we’re getting back to “it”. This time with a deeper sense of purpose and passion. Back to moving, smiling, laughing, and building each other up. The way Jason would.

Thank you to everyone in this community for the love, patience, and support over the last couple of weeks.

We love you more than we could ever put into words!
