Just a friendly reminder!
-If you show up early (earlier than 10-15 mins), you may possibly have to wait! I love being able to help you all, but I need breaks in between my sessions 😪
-If you show up late, you will only be given the time remaining of your session - Example, if we start your massage 10 minutes late, you will only get 40 mins, instead of the full 50 mins.
-I have horrible phone service downtown at the spa, but I can receive texts and Facebook messages anytime! If you are trying to reach me by phone and can’t get through, please text me!
-I do not charge cancellation fees because I understand life happens, and there are times I may need to reschedule as well, and I expect the same respect and understanding I give my clients. With that being said, please give me a heads up if you can’t make an appointment! I’d like to know if I can sleep a little longer lol
